Exciting Updates for 2026

Heading into the 2026 Exploration Season, WRH Nevada Properties, LLC is excited to build on the strong progress achieved in 2025 across multiple high-potential targets. This includes drilling three of our most advanced projects this season: the Crossover Porphyry target, a Coeur d'Alene silver project, and a sediment-hosted copper-silver project.

Crossover Porphyry Target – Hog Heaven Mining District

At the Crossover Porphyry target on our deeded property in the Hog Heaven mining district, WRHNP completed an IP-MT survey to follow up on prior magnetic and geophysical data that revealed classic porphyry signatures. The new IP-MT results have defined clear drill targets, which we plan to test during the 2026 season. This project lies directly adjacent to the ongoing exploration efforts by Ivanhoe Electric (under their earn-in agreement with Brixton Metals), where they are actively pursuing a copper porphyry system. WRHNP views this as a district-scale opportunity with significant untapped potential.

Over the past year, WRHNP has advanced key initiatives, including:

• The Crossover Porphyry target (as detailed above),
• The identification of new Revett copper-silver targets, and
• A phosphate and vanadium deposit with upside potential for nickel, chromium, and rare earth elements.

Additionally, WRHNP has acquired valuable new exploration data that extends beyond our 830,000-acre deeded mineral holdings in Western Montana to encompass a broader, highly mineralized region.

These developments position WRH Nevada Properties, LLC for an active, high-impact 2026 exploration season as we advance these promising opportunities in one of the most prolific mineralized belts in the region.
